Marinus is a modern luxury apartment block which overlooks the Shepherds Wharf marina. It is in a quieter location, but only a few minutes' walk from the hustle and bustle of Cowes Yacht Haven and Cowes High Street, with its wonderful selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

This beautiful apartment, which sleeps 4, has panoramic full-length windows in the open plan living area, which give wonderful views across the marina and river Medina.  It also boasts a fully equipped stylish kitchen, whilst the master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom, including a double shower.

The apartment is wheelchair friendly with lift access, entry-phone security and a reserved parking space in the secure private car park.

This beautiful apartment would suit a family holiday and offers a wonderful base from which to explore the Isle of Wight.

Immaculate & stylish apartment in a great location. Spent a relaxing weekend at this lovely apartment. It is really well appointed with everything you need; lots of personal touches that add an element of luxury and style. The bedrooms are spacious, and the living area is stunning. A bonus is the sunny balcony with views across the Solent.

The apartment was better than we had imagined. Perfect location, excellent facilities, comfortable furnishings. We had a great meal at the local Spanish tapas restaurant on Saturday evening, and on Sunday it was easy to get to Osborne House by bus. Lovely cafes and pubs in the town, everything you could want on your doorstep! Wish we could have stayed longer, so will certainly be back, and will recommend this property.

Fantastic apartment, brilliant location - 4 of us stayed over the Bank Holiday weekend. The apartment is bright, clean and modern, very well equipped and in a wonderful location just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Cowes with a range of pubs and restaurants. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a lift, which was much appreciated as 2 of us took part in a round the Island walk while we were visiting. The balcony looks out across the harbour and you can watch the Red Funnel ferries coming and going. The car park is secure, and you need a key fob to open the gates, both coming in and going out. We couldn't have asked for more and if we come back to the IOW, we would certainly stay in this apartment again.

A wonderful location for a holiday. Everything you require in holiday accommodation and more. In superb condition and fantastic views from the balcony.

Excellent apartment in great location. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was just right for us and easy for my 87 year old mum who has mobility problems. It was probably the cleanest and best equipped place we have ever stayed and we have been renting holiday homes for 30 years. The view was always interesting, and we enjoyed watching the boats and activities in the harbour. It is in an ideal location in Cowes with safe, secure parking.

Great apartment with interesting views. The apartment is spacious and has everything you should need. The views of the marina and the ferries coming in and out are spectacular and keep you interested through the day and evening. Download Shipfinder on your phone or tablet and you can then see the cruise ships going past from Southampton. The bedrooms are comfortable. Kitchen is easy to use, there are supermarkets over the Island, a small Sainsburys is a 5 min walk away, Aldi is on the edge of town. Nothing is more than 45 mins to drive to from Cowes, so it is a good place to be. There is a lift, so people with mobility problems, this is a good place to stay.

Fantastic apartment. Exactly as described and more. Very spacious and well equipped. Great location for West Cowes and the chain ferry. Highly recommended for families and couples. A perfect location for any holiday on the island.
